Minimum Qualifications

1. Currently in final year of undergraduate study or pursuing postgraduation.
2. CGPA 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale)
3. Pursuing or holding a degree preferably in CSE, BBA or relevant specialization in Product Management.
4. Minimum 1 year of institutional experience in product management, UI design and UX research.
5. Proficient in at least one design platform (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Coursework or specialization in Front-end development.
2. Demonstrated business acumen and ability to connect product functionality with strategic goals.
3. Experience working in or with cross-functional teams.
4. Strong attention to detail with a natural curiosity for user behavior and interaction design.
5. Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate design and product decisions.
6. Self-driven and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

About the Job

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Product Manager to join Upturn Business Services (UBS), a subsidiary for Upturn Inc., where we build AI enabled digital and physical products (SaaS and IoT devices) for uprising businesses. You'll work closely with the core product and design teams to shape and improve Flow - Our Flagship Business Management Platform - through design thinking, user-centric product development (UI, UX), and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

  • Map customer workflows and translate them into intuitive wireframes & prototypes using Figma.
  • Build detailed user stories & acceptance criteria in Asana, aligning technical sprints to product strategy.
  • Conduct weekly usability tests, synthesize feedback into actionable enhancements, and drive 100% follow-through.
  • Monitor core product metrics (activation, feature adoption, churn) using Google Analytics & PostHog, and lead data-backed decisions.
  • Validate features via controlled rollouts & A/B tests, documenting learnings in G-Suite.
  • Own and refresh the 3-year product vision, champion quarterly Voice of Customer workshops, and run product-market fit experiments (pricing, packaging, bundling).
  • Maintain complete, up-to-date PRDs, go-live checklists, risk registers, and ensure seamless handoffs across tech & marketing.
