Minimum Qualifications
1. Currently in final year of undergraduate study or pursuing post graduation.
2. CGPA 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale).
3. Pursuing or holding a degree preferably in BBA, Marketing, or relevant specialization.
4. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, lead funnels, or agency coordination.
5. Proficient with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and performance tracking.
2. Prior exposure to employer branding, partnerships, or event activations.
3. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
4. Ability to translate business strategy into actionable campaigns.
5. Enthusiastic about growing new brands in dynamic markets.
About the Job
We’re looking for a passionate, metrics-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead Upturn’s growth, build our brand, and drive strategic partnerships. You'll own our multi-year marketing strategy, lead digital and offline campaigns, and ensure alignment of brand efforts with business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and update a 3-year marketing strategy, building annual, quarterly, and monthly content calendars on Google Docs & Sheets.
- Brainstorm, finalize, and execute content & campaigns in collaboration with agencies using Trello & Zoho Work Drive.
- Manage delivery timelines and ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee social media hygiene, content posting, engagement, and follower growth via Meta Business Suite & LinkedIn.
- Drive website content, SEO, and traffic improvements using Google Analytics & Search Console.
- Lead digital lead gen to conversion, including email campaigns on Mautic, and ensure monthly MQL targets are met.
- Build employer branding presence through university activations, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
